  • Refunds are issued as store credits to your account.
  • The credited amount will be deposited into your store account for future use.
  • You can log in to your account anytime to check your store credit balance.
  • Store credits work like wallet money, allowing you to purchase any product from our store.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, simply place a new order using your store credit.

Cases of No Refund

  • Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Custom Products: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Personalized Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Sale Items: Orders for sale items cannot be canceled.
