  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Attach the provided return shipping label to the package.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  5. Refund Process: At Label Rishmaan, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. In case a refund is required, we offer store credits instead of cash refunds. Here’s how it works:
    • Refunds are issued as store credits to your account.
    • The credited amount will be deposited into your store account for future use.
    • You can log in to your account anytime to check your store credit balance.
    • Store credits work like wallet money, allowing you to purchase any product from our store.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us for exchange. If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
